WATERING:
WATERING:
We use water meters & our experience to determine the frequency of the watering.
We use water machines to transport water.
Dust is never allowed to build-up; we remove it and then “polish” your plants.
Certain plants do not shine well or respond to polish.
These are hand cleaned.
TRIMMING:
We trim leaves to keep them looking green & healthy.
PRUNING:
We prune to eliminate overgrowth, to encourage new growth and to keep plants at a desirable shape.
Pruning also allows the light from above to reach the lower plants.
FERTILIZING:
Osmocote or another “time-released” fertilizer is applied to the soil as needed.
ROTATION:
Where possible, some plants may be turned periodically, to allow for uniform growth.
INSECT CONTROL AND PREVENTION:
If an insect infestation should occur, we control it with a non-poisonous organic substance.
We will often remove (off-site), treat, and return the plant(s).

Cut lawns to professionally preferred height.
Edge all lawn areas.
Fertilize four times per year.
Implement a weed abatement and control program.
Keep lawn areas free of debris.
SHRUB AND GROUND COVER MAINTENANCE:
Trim all shrubs to maintain neat, but natural appearance.
Maintain ground cover inside perimeters of planter beds and shrubs.
Fertilize two times per year.
Cultivate soil in planter beds and slope areas.
Keep free of debris and weeds.
Prune ground cover off of curbs and walkways.
IRRIGATION MAINTENANCE:
Inspect and adjust system(s) and time clock(s).
Check heads for breaks, clogs and obstructions.
Repair as needed; after receiving signed authorizations depicting work and charges (if applicable).
TREE MAINTENANCE:
Prune all trees up to ten feet high, as required; additional quotes for taller trees will be provided.
Inspect and treat for insects and disease.
Fertilize once per year.
Check stakes and wires.
Prune to prevent obstruction of signs and hindrance to sidewalk and parking areas.
